With a background in marketing and theatre, I bring something most celebrants simply can’t: an instinct for narrative, a feel for pacing and emotion, and the ability to hold a room. I know how to craft words that land, how to read an audience, and how to create those goosebump moments that stay with people long after the confetti has settled.
But beneath all of that craft is something much simpler – a genuine love of people, their stories, and the joy of bringing those stories to life. When you choose me, you’re not just booking a celebrant. You’re choosing someone who will treat your ceremony with the care of a director, the heart of a friend, and the dedication of someone who believes your story is worth telling beautifully.

The journey to ‘i do’
From our very first conversation, this becomes a collaboration. I’ll ask questions you haven’t thought to ask yourself, listen for the details that make your story yours, and keep working – through as many conversations as it takes – until what we’ve built together feels exactly right.
The people you love won’t just witness your ceremony. They’ll feel it. I design moments that bring your guests into something real – quietly, naturally, without anyone feeling put on the spot. The kind of moments people mention years later, usually with a hand on their heart.
There are no rules here, and no checklist to follow. Sacred and secular, traditional and completely invented, your dog in a bow tie and your grandmother’s hymn – all of it is possible, none of it is required. We build what belongs, and we leave out everything that doesn’t. Joyfully and without apology.
And on the day, itself?
You won’t need to think about a thing. I’ll be there long before your guests arrive – welcoming them, working with your venue, holding everything together behind the scenes – so that when the moment comes, you can simply close your eyes, take a breath, and be completely present for the most important part.
